01 · What motivates them
“Subtracting Stress. Adding Happiness. Scaling Globally. I’m Nuthan (sounds like Newton). My work sits at the intersection of happiness science, behavioural design, and social impact. With a background in corporate strategy and academia, I’ve led regional projects across Asia-Pacific and spoken at TEDx. Based in the Netherlands since 2024, I founded The Happiness Tour to tackle the €12B burnout crisis by. We are already expanding across Europe to build a world where people truly thrive.”
